- 01ArequipaNo producers listed yetIn Peru's Arequipa region, Caravelí, Majes and Vítor are the principal pisco valleys. Negra Criolla leads there, while Majes retains some vines introduced in the sixteenth century and a wide range of local grape names. Older wineries used ashlar construction and large clay jars set above the floor for fermentation.
- 02IcaNo producers listed yetOn Peru's central-southern coast, Ica is a major wine and pisco region. Its vineyards grow in coastal desert conditions, with Pacific breezes cooling the warm climate. Chincha, Pisco and the Ica Valley are its principal viticultural divisions, and the Ica Valley is the main production centre with the largest concentration of pisco production.
- 03La LibertadNo producers listed yetLa Libertad's wine activity is centred on inland Cascas and Gran Chimú. Cascas makes wine and puro de uva grape spirit, while Lucma, Marmot and Sayapullo are also part of Gran Chimú's grape-growing area.
- 04LimaNo producers listed yetMost of Lima's vineyards lie in the south, around Cañete and Lunahuaná. This subtropical desert region receives little rain, with fog and the cold Humboldt Current helping shape local vineyard conditions. Pisco remains central, alongside traditional sweet Borgoña and growing interest in dry wines from heritage grapes.
- 05MoqueguaNo producers listed yetMoquegua's valley has a long record of wine and aguardiente. Colonial vineyards supplied markets in Alto Peru, and archaeologists have identified 130 winery and processing sites across the valley. Its pisco-making knowledge and techniques form part of Peru's recognized cultural heritage, alongside current dry and semidry wines.
- 06TacnaNo producers listed yetTacna is Peru's southernmost wine region. Its main valley includes Pocollay, Calana, Pachía and Magollo, where scarce rainfall and vineyards reaching 1,300 metres sit alongside the Uchusuma and Caplina rivers. Negra Criolla and Moscatel de Alejandría are the grapes to know.
