Collio and Brda were one wine region before a postwar border divided them. Ribolla Gialla now appears here in fresh, skin-contact and sparkling styles, while Collio Friulano can show differences between growing locations. The appellations include Collio Goriziano, Rosazzo and Friuli Isonzo.
