Slovácká is Moravia's largest wine subregion, extending across the easternmost and northernmost parts of South Moravia. Its higher vineyards produce wines that are full, fresh and aromatic, with gentle acidity. Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt and Cabernet Moravia are all associated with the area.
