Maison Camille Giroud balances traditional methods with modern innovations, including wooden presses and open vats. The house practises natural winemaking through native-yeast fermentation and a minimal-intervention approach. Its listed red wines span Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits appellations, with several premier cru bottlings.
What they make
Listed wines include 2023 Maranges Le Croix Moines Premier Cru, 2022 Savigny-Les-Beaune 1er Cru Aux Clous, Vosne-Romanée Les Chalandins, Santenay 1er Cru Clos Rousseau and Volnay 1er Cru Lurets. The 2023 Maranges uses 30% whole-bunch fermentation, contributing ripe strawberry character to its bouquet.
