Roger Lassarat established the domaine in Vergisson in 1969. His son joined at 22 to continue his father's work and leads the domaine.

What they make
Racines opens with white flowers and minerality, followed by ripe fruit and remarkable freshness on a floral, fruity palate. Citrus minerality marks the finish, leaving a lively, well balanced wine.
