Domaine Parent makes a focused range of Burgundy wines across Pommard, Monthelie, Beaune and Corton. Its red-wine approach includes a short cold soak before fermentation with native yeasts. Les Épenots combines 53-year-old and 26-year-old vines on clay-limestone soil.

Listed wines include 2022 Pommard Croix Blanche, Pommard 1er Cru Les Croix Noires, Beaune 1er Cru Les Epenottes and Corton Grand Cru Les Renardes. The range also includes 2022 Monthelie whites and a 2023 Bourgogne Côte d'Or red.
