WineGB's regional association covers Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and West London and also includes members in Hertfordshire and Northamptonshire. The Thames and Chilterns Vineyards Association dates to 1988. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier are used for traditional-method sparkling wines, which undergo a second fermentation in the bottle. Bacchus makes fruity, floral still whites. Some producers concentrate on sparkling wine, while others also make still white, rosé and red.
