Weingut Topf carries forward knowledge, craftsmanship and tradition passed through generations since 1649. Its range moves from regional and village wines to single-vineyard, Erste Lage and sparkling bottlings; Wechselberg Spiegel, Gaisberg, Offenberg and Zöbinger Heiligenstein are vinified as 1ÖTW Premier Crus.
Wines
The 2024 organic Riesling Strass im Strassertal unites fruit from Gaisberg, Stangl and Placher, with brief maceration highlighting stone fruit and citrus. The 2022 Topf Zweigelt is skin-fermented for two weeks, then aged on lees for about twelve months in large Manhartsberg-oak barrels.
