The Producer

Popova Kula stands on the southern slope of Veliko Brdo, west of Demir Kapija, at a site with limestone soil and south-southwest exposure. Established in 2004, the winery hand-harvests its grapes and ferments them in individually temperature-controlled small tanks. Its cellar works with American, French, Hungarian and Macedonian oak barrels in varied toast levels.
