L’Archetipo makes Verdeca Sette Lune with seven months of skin maceration before two years of stainless-steel lees ageing. The wine is stirred on its lees every fifteen days, a documented approach that gives this Salento white a distinctive production story. The listed range also includes organic sparkling and red wines.
