Wild Swedish blueberries and lingonberries are the starting material at IDUNN Norsjö Wine & Co. The company makes about 30,000 bottles a year in Norsjö, Västerbotten. Its range includes fruit wine, flavoured wine, aperitifs and glögg, with blueberry, lingonberry and raspberry named on the bottles.

Norsjö in Västerbotten is the company's home in northern Sweden. Rålund Classic Torrt vin av Blåbär carries Norsjö kommun as its appellation. Rålund Exclusive Torrt Vin Av Blåbär and Rålund Superior Torrt vin av blåbär carry Skellefteå kommun as their appellation. Municipal addresses appear directly within the blueberry wine range.
Story
Li Holmberg and Lars Normark created IDUNN Wine in 2017. The company philosophy centers on health and sustainability. The bottles name fruit and serving category directly, from blueberry table wine to lingonberry glögg and a raspberry and blueberry aperitif.
Vineyards And Cellar
IDUNN's fruit comes from wild Swedish forests. Blueberries and lingonberries grow without irrigation or pesticides, and the berries are hand picked so large machines are not needed. The collection method reduces environmental impact before the fruit reaches the cellar. The cellar begins with gathered forest fruit.

IDUNN's range is organized by fruit, brand and serving category. Rålund covers blueberry wines and a raspberry and blueberry aperitif. Bergskär covers lingonberry, with Bergskär Lingon as a fruit wine and Bergskär Glögg Av Lingon as glögg. Rålund Norrsken Kryddat vin av Blåbär is a spiced blueberry wine.
Rålund Superior Torrt vin av blåbär is the 2019 vintage, while Rålund Classic Torrt vin av Blåbär and Rålund Exclusive Torrt Vin Av Blåbär are further blueberry table wines. Anecdote
Immediately after picking, IDUNN freezes its wild blueberries and lingonberries. Frozen storage allows wine production throughout the year, while quick freezing preserves vitamins and nutrients better. The cellar can continue working after the forest harvest, with the berries held in storage before they become wine. The production sequence is immediate freezing, storage and wine production across the year. The freezer is a working link between Swedish forest harvest and bottle.
