The Producer
Sébastien Poly took over his grandfather's estate in spring 2005. He converted the vineyard to organic viticulture, certified since 2009, and Domaine U Stiliccionu is one of only five certified biodynamic estates in Corsica.
In 2017, annual production reached approximately 10,000 bottles while demand exceeded 30,000 units. The domaine's scale remains closely tied to its vineyard holdings and farming choices.
Place
Domaine U Stiliccionu is located in Serra di Ferro in the Taravo Valley. Its soils are composed of granite, arenite and slate, giving the estate a clearly defined physical setting for its Corsican wines.
Wines
Antica is pure Sciaccarellu, straightforward and juicy, with pure fruit and freshness. Sweet spices and red fruits recall maquis and garrigue.
Kalliste presents ripe red fruit, a hint of flint and a long, velvety finish marked by blackberry, pepper and dark chocolate.
Final Word
Domaine U Stiliccionu is a Serra di Ferro domaine shaped by certified organic and biodynamic farming, with Antica and Kalliste as named wines in its range.
