Choose Les Battereaux first. It is a Cabernet Franc red aged 18 months in oak barrels sourced from the Chinon Forest. This élevage is the period when wine matures in barrel after fermentation, allowing gradual oxygen exchange and contact with wood. The bottle puts the grape and the domaine's oak practice together in one wine.
