The Producer

Château du Galoupet has origins dating to the eighteenth century. The estate comprises 69 hectares of vineyard and 77 hectares of protected woodland. Organic certification was obtained in 2023.

Place

La Londe-les-Maures is the estate's home in Provence, within the Mediterranean geography given for the property. The current range places Côtes de Provence directly on the G de Galoupet label, while the other named wine carries the Cru Classé de Provence designation.

Wines

The current range contains two named rosés. Château Galoupet Cru Classé de Provence 2024 has concentrated aromas of kumquat and passion fruit, followed by exotic summer fruits and a silky, saline finish.

G de Galoupet Côtes de Provence Rosé 2025 is the current G de Galoupet wine. The 2024 vintage is composed of 60% Grenache, 15% Cinsault, 10% Rolle, 10% Syrah and 5% Tibouren.

Final Word

Château du Galoupet holds the Cru Classé des Côtes de Provence designation, one of only 18 such classified growths in the appellation, achieved in 1955.
