Who makes it
Champagne Gaidoz-Forget works with a vineyard composed of approximately 80% Pinot Meunier, alongside roughly 10% each of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Its listed Champagne range spans Premier Cru Brut, rosé, Extra Brut and vintage cuvées, including wines from 2008, 2012, 2015 and 2019.

The range includes Carte d'Or Premier Cru Brut, Carte d'Or Rosé, Cuvée Millésime Premier Cru Brut 2019, Bertille Extra Brut 2015, Empreinte Meunier 2008, Audacieuse Agathe 2012 and Quintessence. Carte d'Or Brut is noted for fresh nutty and citrus character, with hazelnut, cashew, mint, candied lemon and mineral structure.
