What they make
The range is built from the family's own holdings under RM status, with Clos Cazals as the named site bottling. The wine comes from the walled Grand Cru parcel in Oger, planted entirely with Chardonnay. A clos is a vineyard enclosed by walls, and Grand Cru names the village classification on the label, not a grape or cellar method. The house style combines delicacy, aromatic power and the capacity for long ageing. Bottle ageing can soften the bubbles and deepen the aromas over time.
