Who makes it
Bodegas Tradición works in Jerez and, since December 2025, has also had a presence in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Its Palo Cortado uses three criaderas, while most wines at the bodega use five. Each bottle is manually wax-sealed, with lot and bottle numbers written by hand on the label.
What they make
Listed wines include Palo Cortado Añada 1998 from Jerez and Tradicion Fino Bodegas Tradición. Both are listed as fortified wines.
