Who makes it
Azienda Agricola Ezio Cocito has been certified organic since 2015, an approach linked to the return of fireflies, butterflies, bees and ladybugs. Its winemaking takes place at La Spinetta’s facility in Castagnole Lanze through a handshake agreement with Giorgio Rivetti, exchanging horse stabling for winery access.

Listed wines include the 2024 organic Cocito Langhe Bianco Ben Turnò from Langhe and the 2016 Cocito Barbaresco Riserva Baluchin from Barbaresco.
