Azienda Agricola Biologica La Casa di Bricciano is a small family-run organic farm in Tuscany, where the property was purchased in 1990 and organic operations were formally established in 1992. Its ground combines shallow topsoil with a large proportion of shale and bedrock beneath, a defining feature of the estate.
