The Producer
47 Anno Domini began in Roncade, Treviso, in 1998, taking its name from the nearby ancient Claudia Augusta road, completed in AD 47. Its 70-hectare estate has fertile, clay-rich, mineral-salt soils; the farm uses plant-derived fertilizers and micro-irrigation, while Prosecco is made by both Charmat and Champenoise methods.
Wines
Listed wines include Baglietti Prosecco and organic Baglietti Prosecco, both under the Prosecco appellation, plus organic Baglietti Rosé No. 7. The rosé shows salmon colour, fine prolonged perlage, floral aromas, small red fruit and a dry finish.
