The Producer

Cascina Vigna traces its family history on the southern slope of Bricco Lù to the early 1900s. Today, Stefano and Massimo Gozzelino cultivate and vinify grapes from seven hectares, supported by Vincenzo’s experience of more than 50 harvests. Vineyard strategy draws on integrated agronomic techniques, paired with traditional cellar vinification.

Wines

The listed reds include Barbera d’Asti, Barbera d’Asti Superiore, Piemonte Freisa and Monferrato Nebbiolo. The two Barberas are 100% Barbera; the Superiore comes from the estate’s oldest vineyards and ages in large casks and barriques for about 12 months.
