A share issue and a wine-club expansion

In August 2022, My Wine Estate paired a SEK 3.6 million share issue with an expansion of its travel-and-wine club. The Gothenburg-based company was then described as a subsidiary of eddbee group AB (publ.), a group reported to have about 750 shareholders. Its own Vale da Vida and Cavates labels sat alongside external brands, while then-CEO Milenko Gabrilo set out a club programme of wine material, local tastings and trips to Portugal, Italy, Spain and France. The subscription period for the issue ran from 6 July to 27 November 2022, alongside the planned club activity.

My Wine Estate is a Swedish wine producer and importer headquartered in Gothenburg.
