Fabien Gross learned viticulture from his Alsatian grandfather in a wine producing family. He later worked at J Hennessy & Co before joining Mathilde Boulachin to found Domaines Pierre Chavin in 2010. Gross became the winemaker and part owner of the house in Béziers, in the South of France.
