Domaine U Stiliccionu is in Serra di Ferro in the Taravo Valley, with granite, arenite and slate soils. It is one of only five certified biodynamic estates in Corsica. Antica is pure Sciaccarellu, while Kalliste finishes long and velvety. In 2017, annual production was approximately 10,000 bottles and demand exceeded 30,000 units.

The story

The 2005 Handover

In spring 2005, Sébastien Poly took over his grandfather's estate. After the handover, he converted the vineyard to organic viticulture, with certification achieved in 2009. Domaine U Stiliccionu works six to seven hectares in Serra di Ferro in the Taravo Valley, on granite, arenite and slate. It is also one of only five certified biodynamic wineries in Corsica. The estate's annual production reached approximately 10,000 bottles in 2017, while demand exceeded 30,000 units.
