During the middle of the 2000s, Domaine de Majas converted to certified organic viticulture with guidance from Tom Lubbe of Domaine Matassa in Calce. Organic viticulture farms without synthetic treatments and works within a certification system. The domaine's wines also use minimal sulfur and no commercial yeasts. Commercial yeasts are selected cultures added to guide fermentation, while native yeasts are naturally present on grapes and in the cellar.
