The story
The Quinn Cellar Renovation
In 2011, Brenda and Lochlann Quinn completed the cellar renovation they had wanted for Château de Fieuzal. The couple had owned the estate since 2001, so the work arrived a decade into their tenure. A cellar renovation changes the spaces used for fermentation and ageing, the stages where grapes become wine and wine develops before bottling. Fieuzal was a Graves Grand Cru Classé estate producing red and white wine, and the project changed its working cellar.
