The story
The Château Restoration
In 1979, the Cave de Crouseilles cooperative decided to buy Château de Crouseilles and a vineyard in very poor condition. The cooperative then restored the château. In 1986, it released the first vintage of the property’s modern era. The work moved in order from purchase to restoration to release, with the first modern era wine following the recovery of the named château. Château de Crouseilles entered its modern period through a cooperative purchase, restoration and first vintage of the property.
